PROGRAMS

ELDOA/MOBILITY

This class involves restoring basic movement patterns through mobility both from the ground up and from the top down. We will move you through various positions to see what needs attention. All while increasing the durability of your joints and your awareness of how to move them.

MOVNAT

The Movnat Adaptive Practice Session teaches you how to apply practical movements to various contextual environments. The skills highlighted are walking, running, jumping, balancing, crawling, climbing lifting/carrying and throwing/catching.

MOVNAT KIDS and TEENS

A playful approach to the adult class based around moving your body and/or objects through space. This class aids in developing real world capability, which is a combination of skill and conditioning.

QI FLOW

The signature QiFlow movement method is designed by Dawnelle Arthur; Like the Tao, QiFlow can’t be fully defined or described - one must experience it to understand it.

MOBILITY

Teaches you how to adapt to scenarios based on situational demands. Learning to apply Movnat skills to various contextual environments.

RESTORATION

Builds strength and awareness in the spine. Utilizes ELDOA and bodyweight exercises to lengthen and stabilize the vertebral column.

MOVNAT SKILLS AND CONDITIONING

balancing, crawling, climbing, lifting/carrying, and throwing/catching; focus will be on one or all of these skills.

PRIMAL STRENGTH CONDITIONING

Teaches how to generate total body tension while under load.

MOVNAT KIDS

walking, running, jumping, balancing, crawling, climbing, lifting/carrying, and throwing/catching; focus will be on one or all of these skills.

PARENT CHILD MOVEMENT

Establishing a movement based relationship between parent and child.

QI FLOW

WARRIOR CIRCIUT

This class is designed to develop durability and mobility using various pieces of equipment such as maces, clubs, battle ropes, and slam balls. It will help clients tap into their inner strength and learn brand new movement patterns which have a large carry over to outdoor activities and martial arts.
